Policies/T&C’s

Please remember all bookings require a 50% deposit otherwise your appointment will not go in the diary.

• I do not hold appointments for anyone.

• I do require 48 hours notice for ALL cancellations.

If you cancel or rearrange within this timeframe then 100% of the balance is due.

If you cancel out of this timeframe I will either refund you what you have paid or your deposit can be transferred on to another appointment.

If you are a 'no show' to your appointment then 100% of the balance will be due and no further bookings will be made until payment is received.

Please understand that if you book multiple treatments and decide to have half of them done on the day, then the full balance for all treatments will still be due as that is a cancellation and I can not fill the space that short notice.
